The sky of 18th February!
The winter sky on 18th February!
You would have already seen the blog published earlier yesterday If not, this is the link:
When I was writing classwork, I suddenly remembered that today is Friday, & tomorrow my Astronomy course ends. But, it was just 4 in the evening. It is my game time. Then, the time passed & it was 8.30! I went to the terrace & started to stargaze.
The main event:
First, I just took the phone & went to the terrace. But, suddenly, Great Grandfather came to Terrace. But, I didn't take my telescope to the roof. I came running down & assembled it. I showed the moon with a 45x eyepiece as well as 90x. They both enjoyed watching it. They went down as it was 9.15 PM. Then, I switched off all the lights & kept the camera settings as:16-second exposure, 10-second timer, ISO as 1600, WB as 6200K. I used Realme  phone.
Target:
My primary target was Orion as it was my Astronomy class's assignment. But, It was busy seeing the moon. I kept the phone on the surface of the terrace & came back as my body shouldn't interrupt the image.
Photographing it:
First, I took some shots which were just an image of the vastness of white! I didn't give up & kept on doing it. Finally, I got an image of half of Orion that included Saiph, Rigel, Alnitak, Alnilam & Mintaka. It also included parts of Taurus. Yes, the centre of Taurus & some Random, Low in brightness stars. These are the images:
Hope you enjoyed the blog! I can't write blogs more frequently as School is re-opening. But, don't stop following me! I'll try to write as much as I can! Please share this blog with others as it will encourage me to write more blogs!
Thanks
