Spotting the Comet C/2020 T2

It was a clear Morning & I was looking at the sky. Then randomly I spotted a Comet-like thing. I took a photo of it. Then it disappeared below the Horizon. The timing I spotted it was around 9:56AM IST. 


First, when I spotted it, I thought it was a cloud shaped thing like a comet. Though I did some research on it, I couldn't know what it was. I sent it to my Favorite Priyadarshan Sir. He did research on it  & said it was the comet 'C/2020 T2'. This is how it looked.







After reading this, You would also think to spot the comet. So here are the steps to spot a comet.

  • Keep regularly checking Stargazing apps & Websites
  • Look at the sky accordingly
  • Take a photo if at all you spot something strange.
  • Research on it
  • A comet may appear in any direction & any time

Snow moon

Snow Moon February's full moon is also known as the Snow Moon. Every full moon has its special name. February's one is the snow moon. Why snow moon? Simple! Since winter is going on and it is snowing in most parts of the earth.  More on this: Sunday, 13th of Feb/2022.  I came to my grandparent's place, my friend Nishanth had also come there. Crew-2 return

  Crew-2 return  By Ramesh S Krishna Introduction: Crew-2 is a mission to ISS on dragon funded by NASA. Dragon is a space-craft designed by SPACEX.  It took a crew of 4 - Shane kinbrough , Megan Mcathur , Akihiko hoside  & Thomas pesquet.   Mission:   This mission was launched on 23rd April at 9:42 pm  from Kennedy space center[KSC]. It docked with HARMONY forward docking port. The dragon used on this mission was 'Endeavor' with has the same name of a SPACE SHUTTLE. The mission duration is 198 & 15 secs. It can  change as weather or some other thing could change it. Space-craft properties : Rocket: Falcon 9 Space-craft name: Dragon.
